The Solution
CRDB Bank PLC | Quality Assurance
In collaboration with Fahari media communication
Agency, Franklin BMC ware able to
create a portal ready for collecting research
conducted physically by Fahari agents who
were sent to various regions of Tanzania
(annonimously) to all CRDB Bank branches.
The project was a success since the client
(CRDB) was able to enter the portal and see the
branches performances and reports in both
narative , image, video and infographical.
Serengeti Breweries Limited | Kapu la Wana
The Pilsner Kapu la wana is campaign created
by the Serengeti Breweries to boost youth
start-ups of age 18-35. The campaign required
Franklin BMC to setup a toll-free Call center
where contestants calls into the call center, tell
their stories and calls are recorded. A group of
judges go through stories and select best
stories from all zones. A toll-free sms system
was set to facilitate the voting system. VAS
portal created to simplify the viewing of votes.

commissioning (PC’s and Printers).

fanctional call center for their research and
surveys. Redefine Africa is Tanzanian based
data, innovation and digital revolution firm.

to timber cabinates/partition to network
