In addition to customized education pathways, Bishop Alemany

students can forge long-lasting friendships, test their skills, and

start a journey toward self-realization.

Founded in 1956 and co-educational since 1970, Bishop Alemany

is a Roman Catholic Archdiocesan high school located near the

San Fernando Mission and annually welcomes all students of

diverse backgrounds.

at a special place offering

individualized paths to

future success

Our faculty and staff take the time to know and guide each and every student through

the high school experience — just like we would our own teens.

Our students are given

opportunities for future success

after high school as well,

whether that means acceptance

into an Ivy League College,

pursuing a career in sports or

the arts, excelling at a technical

trade, enrolling in a community

college, or advancing a vocation

in science or technology.

We’ve got spirit,

yes, we do!

The Alemany Cheer program is high-octane

support for all Bishop Alemany sports and

school-wide pep rallies. Cheer is a testament

to teamwork, commitment and athleticism.

Open to all grade levels. Alemany’s Cheer

team members attend a preseason four-day

camp with the United Spirit Association. Cheer

alumni have continued their careers in college

and for professional sports teams.

STRENGTHEN...

Your athleticism and

your competitive spirit

Bishop Alemany’s exceptional sports

program is consistently at the top of

its game with numerous championship

titles and athletic standouts. And it’s no

wonder, considering our on-site sports

facilities: a 4,000 seat stadium, an aquatic

center, multiple fields and courts along

with a gymnasium, weight room, and two

athletic training facilities.

Among the 22 sports offered is the

competitive Football team along with Boy’s

and Girl’s Basketball which have brought

home State Championship titles. More

than 500 students participate annually in

our sport programs; some student athletes

have continued their sports careers at

various NCAA college programs… and
