AUTUMN GARDENS LIST Updated 14 Feb 2024 The Blue Mountains Autumn Gardens List includes information on gardens open to the public. The Blue Mountains Region is famous for its magnificent cool climate exotic gardens, which during Autumn are ablaze with Autumn colour. Gardens are privately owned and therefore opening times and days are at the discretion of the owner. Many of the village streets also display magnificent Autumn colours. We recommend checking websites or calling ahead prior to arranging your visit. Sat 2 – Sun 3 Mar 2024 GLENBROOK TO HARTLEY Blue Mountains Edible Garden Trail – A celebration of the myriad ways Blue Mountains residents are creating food security, saving money and the environment, while enjoying the health benefits of home-grown fruit and veg. Over the weekend backyard growers, large and small, from right across the Blue Mountains will open their gardens to the public to share their passion and knowledge and inspire environmental sustainability. This is a community run, not-for-profit event, organised by The Blue Mountains Food Co-op, with proceeds going to participating school and community gardens. Venue: Over 40 gardens across the Blue Mountains from Glenbrook to Hartley – see website map Tickets: Weekend pass tickets are $25 adult, $20 concession, children 16 and under free, or $5/$2 per individual garden. There are wheelchair accessible paths to the lookout over the Gardens, and to the toilets. As these Gardens are Crown Land, we ask that visitors who bring their dogs keep them on leads at all times to protect the wildlife.
