In der Ostschweiz geboren und aufgewachsen:
es erstaunt nicht, dass dem
jungen Thomas in den Bergen, wo die
Natur rumort, der Sinn vor allem nach
kreativer Betätigung stand. Die Berge
sind schroff und markant, herausfordernd
und abweisend zugleich. Der Himmel ist
oft bedrohlich, das Geschehen dynamisch,
die Menschen hier herzlich und verschlossen
in einem. Das prägte ihn nicht nur,
sondern weckte in Thomas Biasotto auch
eigene musische Seiten der verschiedensten
Art. Als ausgebildeter Musiker mit einem
«Master of Arts ZhdK in Music Pedagogy»
leitet er seine eigene Big Band, komponiert
und dirigiert grosse Orchester.
Mit der gleichen Leidenschaft, dem gleichen
Streben nach Perfektion und einen
ungebrochenen Schaffensdrang hat er sich
auch zu höheren Weihen in der Fotografie
hinauf gearbeitet. «GIANTS» belegt in
feinster Weise seine Verbundenheit mit der
Natur, seine unglaubliche, nie erlahmende
Kreativität und sein Gespür für Zeitpunkt
und Standort. Doch er macht nicht nur die
Alpen mit seiner Kamera unsicher. Nein,
er wildert auch in den Großstädten dieser
Welt und hat mittlerweile ein umfangreiches
und extrem beeindruckendes Portfolio
von Cityscapes zu bieten – Aufnahmen zu
Tages- und Nachtzeiten in Metropolen wie
New York, London oder Rom.

Born and raised in Eastern Switzerland:
it‘s not surprising that
young Thomas in the mountains where the
nature rumbles, the mind especially after
creative activity. The mountains
are rugged and distinctive, challenging
and repellent at the same time. the sky is
often threatening, the events dynamic,
the people here cordial and closed
in one. That not only shaped him,
but also woke Thomas Biasotto
own musical sides of the most diverse
art. As a trained musician with a
„Master of Arts ZhdK in Music Pedagogy“
he leads his own big band, composes
and conducts large orchestras.
With the same passion, the same
striving for perfection and one
he has an unbroken creative urge
also to higher consecrations in photography

creativity and his sense of timing
