How are you? It’s 7:32pm and I’m meant to be doing Maths homework<br />
but I’m writing to you instead. Thanks for your letter and<br />
your life story. I guess I can write one back to you if you want me<br />
to? There’s not much to tell though.<br />
My name is Sam Redpath. I was born on <strong>the</strong> 19th February 2003<br />
in Edinburgh. We used to live near <strong>the</strong> Botanic Gardens but <strong>the</strong>n<br />
we moved next door to your gran after what happened to Dad. You<br />
know about that so <strong>the</strong>re’s no point writing it all down, plus that’s<br />
Dad’s life story not mine.<br />
My friends at school are Nick and Bryan. I used to go to an athletics<br />
club after school but I don’t anymore. I sometimes<br />
My mum just came in and asked me if I was writing a diary!<br />
What is she on?!<br />
I’ve totally forgotten what I was going to say now, and I can’t really<br />
think of anything else. I told you my life story wasn’t all that<br />
interesting. It’s now 8:46pm and it has taken me over an hour just<br />
to write this! Dad has just come in and told me to get on with my<br />
homework. He is so annoying sometimes.<br />
