Heli-One has repair and overhaul capability for a select number of AW139 small components. Our River Road facility is
equipped with supporting services such as NDT, welding, and machining to ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and

EXHAUST DUCT REPAIR
INTERMEDIATE & TAIL GEARBOX MRO
Heli-One has a certified repair solution for the
AW139 exhaust duct (1st and 2nd generation).
Customers have an economical solution (over
replacement) for this part with low turnaround times.
Materials used in the repair process increase part
durability and longevity.
Heli-One has capability for Leonardo AW139
Intermediate & Tail gearbox repair and overhaul.
In collaboration with Leonardo, technicians are
certified on the repair and overhaul processes and
work is performed with stringent safety & quality
standards.

CAPABILITIES
In addition to airframe inspection and base maintenance, Heli-
One also offers specialized structures repairs. Heli-One also
offers support for any OEM-issued Bolletino Tecnico (BT).
The facilities also have a custom tailboom rig for modifications
work.

of safety and quality.

IN-HOUSE REPAIR CAPABILITY
This repair was developed by Heli-One Canada’s Design team
which is a Transport Canada Design Approval Organization.
Engineers work with shop technicians to continually iterate and
improve the repair.
