DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY
Located on NW Brady Road – the main connector from HWY 14’s 192nd
Avenue Exit to the entrance of Camas - this new development sits on
the Northwest Corner, has a lighted intersecon with access from both
Brady Road and NW 16th Ave. It is at the entrance to Prune Hill Elementary
School and Prune Hill Sports Park and is heavily surrounded by
residenal roof tops.
Camas, situated just north of The Columbia River is a highly sought-aer
city in Clark County, boarders East Vancouver and the 192nd Avenue
thoroughfare. Known for its top-rated school district - named #1 in Clark
County, Lacamas Lake, Camas Meadows Golf Course, and home to major
employers: Intel, Fisher Investments, Georgia Pacific and WaferTech.
Camas Staon will feature a 4,000 square foot convenience store with
4 MPDs/fuel staon, a 2,000 square foot coffee drive-thru building and
5,500 square feet of retail space.
Located less than a mile from the Columbia Palisades Development - a
new 84.2 acre development of luxury residences, offices, parks, hotel
and modern outdoor shopping mall overlooking the stunning view of

traveling to and from the new development.
