DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY<br />
Located on NW Brady Road – the main connector from HWY 14’s 192nd<br />
Avenue Exit to the entrance of Camas - this new development sits on<br />
the Northwest Corner, has a lighted intersecon with access from both<br />
Brady Road and NW 16th Ave. It is at the entrance to Prune Hill Elementary<br />
School and Prune Hill Sports Park and is heavily surrounded by<br />
residenal roof tops.<br />
Camas, situated just north of The Columbia River is a highly sought-aer<br />
city in Clark County, boarders East Vancouver and the 192nd Avenue<br />
thoroughfare. Known for its top-rated school district - named #1 in Clark<br />
County, Lacamas Lake, Camas Meadows Golf Course, and home to major<br />
employers: Intel, Fisher Investments, Georgia Pacific and WaferTech.<br />
Camas Staon will feature a 4,000 square foot convenience store with<br />
4 MPDs/fuel staon, a 2,000 square foot coffee drive-thru building and<br />
