Knysna Lagoon Table Mountain<br />

Day 1<br />

Arrive into Port elizabeth<br />

Begin your ‘Scenic <strong>South</strong> Africa with Kenya’ tour<br />

onto Knysna<br />

On arrival at Johannesburg international Airport after<br />

clearing customs & immigration proceed to domestic<br />

terminal for your onward flight to Port elizabeth.<br />

On arrival, sit back in your coach and proceed to “Knysna”<br />

one of the best known lagoons in <strong>South</strong> Africa. nestled<br />

between the Outeniqua Mountains and the indian Ocean<br />

just outside the town of Knysna, the Lagoon is protected<br />

from the ocean by the Knysna heads. The Lagoon’s rich<br />

marine life includes the rare and endangered Seahorse.<br />

Knysna area is one of the most scenic in the world and<br />

offers beaches, lakes and lush forests to play in.<br />

Day 2<br />

oudtshoorn - the feather capital<br />

Visit to cango caves<br />

cruise on the Knysna Lagoon<br />

Today, after breakfast proceed to Oudtshoorn. en-route<br />

we stop at Cango Caves. we visit the first six chambers of<br />

Cango Caves.<br />

The stalactite and stalagmite formations are an incredible<br />

sight. Later, we proceed to Cango wildlife ranch where<br />

you can discover a variety of animals seldom seen.<br />

Venture into Crocodile enclosures, visit Snake Park and<br />

Cheetahland. Photograph yourself cuddling a Cheetah by<br />

paying a nominal fee.<br />

At the Ostrich Farm, you have an opportunity to ride the<br />

magnificent bird. Later, in the evening, we drive to Knysna<br />

waterfront to board the John Benn Cruise, a ride on the<br />

tranquil Knysna Lagoon.<br />

Day 3<br />

Today, sit back in your coach and enjoy a scenic drive along<br />

the world famous ‘Garden route’ to Cape Town which is<br />

also called the ‘Mother City’ and the western Cape, an<br />

area which is regarded as one of the most beautiful regions<br />

in the world. On arrival check into your hotel in Cape Town<br />

Day 4<br />

Guided city tour of cape town<br />

Visit to table Mountain<br />

Today, enjoy a guided city tour of Cape Town with its<br />

majestic Table Mountain backdrop. See the houses<br />

of Parliament and the “Tuinhuis” (President’s office),<br />

Company Gardens, ‘St. George’s’ Cathedral and the Malay<br />

Quarter. Visit Cape Town’s world famous Table Mountain,<br />

(weather permitting).<br />

There’s time off to explore the Victoria and Alfred<br />

waterfront, one of Cape Town’s biggest tourist attractions.<br />

Day 5<br />

Visit the cape of Good hope<br />

Visit Sea island<br />

Visit Boulders Beach and see Jackass Penguins<br />

Visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens<br />

Today, we take you to visit the Cape of Good hope. your<br />

tour takes you to the fishing harbour of hout Bay for a<br />

short trip to Seal island. we drive via the Atlantic Coast to<br />

Cape Point. Marvel at the view of the southern-most tip of<br />

<strong>South</strong> Africa where the Atlantic and indian Oceans meet.<br />

next visit Boulders Beach, situated just after the<br />

picturesque village of Simons’s Town. The beach has a<br />

healthy population of Jackass Penguins who have chosen<br />

the beach as their home and breeding ground due to the<br />

fact that there are fewer predators on this part of the coast.<br />

Called the Jackass for the donkey-like braying sounds they<br />

make.<br />

Visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, <strong>South</strong> Africa’s<br />

world-famous national botanical garden, set against the<br />

backdrop of Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak, and home to<br />

over 22000 indigenous plants.<br />
