Dioki Petrokimya A.S., established in 2016 on a total
field of 60000 m2 in which has 15000 m2 closed
area,completed the installation and start up of two
production lines, which are HIPS/GPPS and EPS,
shorter than one year.
In order to decrease the dependency of our country
to foreigner producers of petrochemical productions
and increase the country’s profittable income
has been the main goal of Dioki Petrokimya A.S.
which was founded in Adana Yumurtalık Custom
Free Zone by a hundred percent of domestic capital
and progressive Turkish technology.
Dioki Petrokimya A.S. has been achieving High
Impact Polystyrene, General Purpose Polystyrene
and Expandable Polystyrene productions with the
highest technology . Our company is the one of the
biggest polystrene producer of Turkey with a total
capacity of 80000 Metric Tones per year. Dioki

EPS F®
DESCRIPTION
EPS F
DİOKİ EPS F® is white beads contains internal non-HB-
CD flame retardant additive and pentane as blowing
agent. It is not recommend for use in food contact
applications. Each bead’s density is 1,05 kg/m³, bulk
density is approx. 600 kg/m³
DİOKİ EPS F® is a polymer has high quality, has perfect
expansion properties. It is specially produced for the
production of incombustible products. It does not
include in HBCD.

Storage and Handling
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F is packed in octabin
or bigbag with liner bag on wooden pallets
having dimensions of 110x110 cm as
1 pallet net 1.150 kg.
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F should be stored
in dry, below 25°C, cool, well ventilated,
sunless and closed area. It is recommended
to use within 1 month after delivery. All conceivable
sources of ignition must be kept away, and the
buildup of electric charges has to be prevented.

no: 2211 and packing group 3 / low dangerous.

110x130 cm as 1 pallet net 1.375 kg. (Depend on the
costumers demand, net 1.250 kg bigbag can be
supplied) The pallets are covered and secured with
stretch film.
Dioki Petrokimya GPPS should be protected from
direct sunlight and rain/water. If possible, it should
stored in dry, cool and closed area.

HIGH IMPACT RESISTANT POLYSTYRENE
Dioki HIPS®, is a high impact polystyrene with excellent whiteness and flexible mechanical properties,
equipped with features that provide superior performance specific to the field of use.
In the interior of the refrigerator (high ESCR), in the food industry, in air conditioning indoor units, in
small household appliances and toys, the production of technical parts that can be produced by
injection molding with high impact resistance and flexural properties, etc. Polystyrene with high impact
resistance.
