Any type of dough can be turned and pinned.
The machine has varying speed beLs to obtain uniform dough sheets and the inverter,
for beLs direction, is pedal or joystick controlled. Cylinders are adjusted by a graduated
lever.
Cylinders are in steel chromium plated to correct thickness and ground, they are provided
with a scraper for perfect cleanliness.
The automatic sheeter model is equipped with a computer able to elaborate 20 different
work programmes.
