BACKGROUND TO THE ORGANIZATION Alliance for Integrated Development and Relief Organization (AIDRO) Is an indigenous non-government, non-political and a not for profit humanitarian organization in which established by devoted intellectual Ethiopians in2019. The organization is registered by Agency for Civil Society Organization (ACSO) with certificate number 4930 with the aim of supporting the most vulnerable members of the community specially, Women and Girls, Adolescent and Children, Older people & People with a disability, marginalized groups, Refugees & Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). OUR VISION To see the country without sufferings due to lack of development and disaster impacts. A country in which all the community (children, Women, Disabled persons and other vulnerable communities) have sufficient protection, food, water, and access to the resources that sustain a healthy life. OUR MISSION To support crisis-affected communities through sustainably improve their quality of life. OUR CORE VALUES  Strong commitment to community participation  Integrity  Trustworthiness  Self –reliance  Gender responsiveness  Partnership and networking  Accountability  Focus on quality STRATEGIC GOAL Goal 1: To contribute for provision of humanitarian service delivery, for crisis affected communities; saving lives and mitigating human suffering, based on comprehensive engagement in relief, recovery, rehabilitation and resilience Goal 2: To contribute to the livelihood and climate change resilient capacity of the community in the country through disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and mitigation measures, Goal 3: To contribute to the inclusion of refugees, internally displaced and stateless people in mainstreaming in national systems, including education, psychosocial support (prevention and response to GBV), health, WASH, Nutrition, searching sustainable remedy to their displacement. Goal 4: To contribute to the national effort of prevention and control of HIV/AIDS, Covid 19 virus & other communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases and improve the health status of the community. Goal 5: To contribute to the national effort to support Community-led Action for Justice and Peace buildings, Goal 6: To contribute to the national social service deliveries. Goal 7: To promote the national goals of full participation and equal opportunities for person with a disabilities and other PSN.
