can benefit the business. We utilise technology in any aspect we can to increase productivity,
efficiencies and reduce our carbon footprint.
Our company uses a cloud based job management system that assists in all aspects of the

the office to have access to the same information, this helps us work together & communicate
more efficiently as a team.
We have systems in place which gives us full visibility of where staff and plant and equipment
are at any time. This is monitored by management and admin support to optimise plant
and staff movement, which is especially helpful for our service divisions. We have real time
management of our teams which aids in exceeding customer requirements. This is incredibly
beneficial to our customers who require urgent attention by ensuring fast response times and
minimal disruption.
Our employees are supported by an internal IT team that assists with site set up, day to day IT issues,
training and implementing new technology that benefits the business. We also employ an external
IT company to assist us and manage our IT environment. On your first day you will receive training
on the hardware you are issued and our other company systems and how to use them. If you require
assistance or further training from our IT team please email support@hanlonplumbing.co.nz.
Selected hardware is issued to required personnel to assist them with their role. In the office you will
most likely receive a PC and/or a laptop. On our job sites we utilise mobile phones, tablets, laptops,
4G WIFI and printers. This equipment is essential for us to run our jobs effectively. Project site offices
are assessed and set up based on the jobs specific requirements.
Health and safety is a top priority in our business, we utilise technology to ensure the correct
documentation and procedures are followed. Health and Safety documents are stored on an
electronic application that any employee with a mobile device can access at any time. This
