highlights 43 Gold hot foil block on rigid box lid PRINT YOUR COMPANY LOGO on Boxes/Sleeves and Bags HOT-FOIL BLOCKING We keep a large number of foil colours in stock so usually we can closely match the colour you require. Most of the boxes and bags in our range can be printed with a hot foil blocked name, logo, or greeting. Although gold and silver are the most popular, a wide range of other colours are also available for one or two colour blocking. Please be aware that in our busiest periods (such as November and December) lead times may be longer, so please allow more time to be certain of getting your packaging personalised. If customers require the glassine papers to be inserted into each ballotin, this will be charged extra as an additional assembly charge Costs The foil blocking service involves a one-time charge per blocking die, a set up charge per colour and a blocking charge per unit/per colour. The costs shown assume that we are provided with camera-ready artwork (as a high resolution pdf file). An artwork specification is available on our website: http://bit.ly/31ZlYqO If this is not available, then we can recommend a designer who will help to produce camera-ready artwork. As a rough guide, the costs would generally be somewhere between £30 and £70 depending on the size and complexity of the design. Notes 1. Boxes/bags can only be blocked in lots corresponding to the pack quantities in which the item is sold. This will also be the quantity invoiced. 2. There is inevitably some spoilage during the set up process (usually no more than 10 units whatever the run length) so the quantity supplied will be slightly less than the quantity invoiced. 3.
