PTO<br />
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW<br />
Holiday<br />
1<br />
All eligible employees will receive a floating holiday in lieu<br />
of holiday pay. There is no waiting period for regular,<br />
exempt (salary), non-exempt (hourly) Full-time and Parttime<br />
with benefits employees.<br />
2<br />
Full-time employees will receive 8 hours of floating holiday<br />
for each holiday. Totaling 16 hours for Christmas and New<br />
Year’s Day.<br />
3<br />
Floating holidays can be used on Friday, <strong>December</strong> 24th<br />
and Friday, <strong>December</strong> 31st, or any day thereafter not to<br />
exceed six (6) months from the time the floating holiday is<br />
issued. However, employees must seek manager’s approval<br />
and submit their request via ADP before utilizing their<br />
floating holiday.<br />
4<br />
The floating holiday is separate from PTO accruals and<br />
therefore is not counted towards your PTO maximum<br />
balance. The floating holiday must be used within six (6)<br />
months from the time it is issued before it is expired from<br />
the system.
