A STORY TO TELL Over a period of 2 1/2 years the

MOBILITY MOVES MINDS project team interviewed,

observed, researched, revealed, and documentted

hints and elements that are driving people

of building resilience in organizations:

• Both, the elements of humanity and collaboration

were relevant to the interviewees that

our MMM team worked with.

• The individual resilience level drives the if a

person’s acting and how a person is acting.

• The individual resilience level score – being

high or low - influences the person’s satisfaction

at the workplace.

• What remains unanswered is the following:

does infantile early imprinting or even a

predisposition that is resulting from parenting

and youth affect the process of resilience
