SYMBIOTIX GROUP
Symbiotix, derived from the Greek word symbiosis, meaning ‘partnership for mutual benefit’,
describes our raison d’être.

WHISTLE BLOWERS
Whistle Blowers offers a highly effective crime prevention and detection service, with an approach that
is unique in concept and application.
We offer an independent subscription service that provides employees of subscribing companies with
the means to anonymously “blow the whistle” on fraud, criminal activity and other irregularities in the
workplace. Employees have access to a 24 hour call centre, equipped to receive information by phone,
fax, post or e-mail.
Our project management approach ensures the support of all players, calling upon existing client
employees to identify criminal activity. We provide comprehensive feedback in the form of reports, advice
on the course of action, ongoing project management and the facilitation of appropriate resolution.

Guarding SA provides customised physical security services. Our approach to contract security
embraces people, procedures, intelligence gathering and technology to achieve real value and peace
of mind while effectively offering a complete “package” of security solutions:

BODY GUARDING SA
Body Guarding SA has the experience, expertise and resources to provide a comprehensive
and professional service on a national basis.

The Group whole-heartedly embraces the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility in addressing the
needs of economic and social requirements. In addition to its regular business activities, the company
applies concerted efforts in making contributions to the communities in which it operates.
Our various social responsibility programmes and activities include:
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Greytown Children’s Home
We sponsor and host an annual Corporate Golf Day in aid of raising funds for the Greytown Children’s
Home, who support and accommodate 150 underprivileged children, aged 2 to 18 years who have
come from troubled family backgrounds, varying from neglect, alcoholism and abuse to poverty and
deceased parents.
This has been a very successful event, which has enabled us to raise in excess of R80 000.00 for the
school and has gone a long way in putting the smiles back on the children’s faces.
Pathways La Lucia
The Group donates annually to Pathways La Lucia, an organisation which cares for handicapped
children.
Sports Sponsorship
We are the proud sponsor of an aspirant, up and coming Sharks rugby player (flank), namely 22 year
old, Skholiwe Ndlovu, who is proving to be someone who is reaching for the stars. We have the utmost
confidence that he will reach his goal.
