with oil pulling<br />
Oil pulling can be done with coconut oil, although sesame oil is used in<br />
Ayurvedic tradition. It's used to balance the oral microbiome, help promote<br />
remineralization of the teeth, and enhance the biofilm of the tooth; thus<br />
resulting in fewer cavities, fresh breath, better gut health, and a rock star<br />
smile.<br />
Can be done for 3-4 minutes, up to 20 minutes. Once a week can be enough, up to<br />
every day.<br />
Always spit in the trash when finished, never the sink.<br />
You can add a drop of peppermint oil to a mason jar of coconut oil or a mix of<br />
coconut and sesame oil. Grab a clean spoon and never double dip, so bacteria<br />
doesn't grow<br />
This can also bring back your sense of smell and taste, incase you've had that<br />
problem. I did this years ago and my sense of smell became a SUPER POWER! (A<br />
positive and a negative to that)<br />
What rituals can you multitask with while oil pulling? I like to do it right<br />
after I make my bed! It's best to brush your teeth afterwards, so the<br />
hydroxyapatite can stay on your teeth to remineralize.<br />
