Easy self-service for sales outlets
The Festivo range of display refrigerators includes alternatives
to suit commercial premises of all sizes. The design
of the units takes into account the special requirements
of industrial food preparation and storage: the shelves are
adjustable according to the product range and the large
sliding glass doors make the cabinet easy to use and to
replenish. The doors are self-closing, so they are also
efficient in keeping energy costs down. The fan-aided air
circulation guarantees an even temperature and thus
ensures the freshness of raw foodstuffs.
Festivo display refrigerators are designed to meet the
needs of professional use. Their standard accessories
include fluorescent tube lighting, as well as automatic
defrosting and condensate water evaporation. The castors
allow smooth movement of the appliance for purposes of
cleaning or spatial rearrangement, for example. The units
are also suitable for use in bars, cafes, kiosks and service
stations, etc.
From canteens to à la carte restaurants
The use of cold appliances in large catering establishments
involves its own strict requirements, both for storage
conditions and convenience of use. The original flavour,
aroma and consistency of foodstuffs and raw ingredients
must be preserved, even though large quantities of different
products are stored in the same refrigerator. The use of

even fan cooling and the automatic defrosting with condensate
water evaporation maintain the humidity and temperature
