FIRST TIGER SUGAR IN UAE
Congratulations CPRG for successfully
opening the very first Tiger Sugar store in
the UAE! Tiger Sugar is currently open in
Deira City Centre, X Floor, Dubai.
Tiger Sugar is a Taiwanese milk tea brand
with a unique process of creating Boba.
It goes through a 3 hour process that delivers
the perfect sweetness and texture enjoyed
and loved by many fans across Asia.

LOOK BACK 2021
UMAMI OPENS IN DUBAI MALL
Umami has successfully opened in Dubai
Mall Second Floor Food Court last
[opening date]. It now sports the third
generation design which fits the modern
and simple look while keeping the feel of
the Japanese oriental look.
Umami specializes in creating Japanese
cuisine in a fast-food setting. Fans of
Japanese culture would surely enjoy our
menu items.

CHRISTMAS PARTY
The office management staff celebrated
their Christmas Party last 23 December,
2021. Even when all of us are from
different countries and cultures, we are still
able to enjoy each other's presence and
give one another a very memorable 2021
Holiday.

organized the new year's eve party
which has lasted (X) hours. Apart from
the party within the restaurant, the
guests are able to enjoy the spectacular
fireworks display on the Burj Khalifa and
Dubai Fountain show on New Year's
Day.

2022!
"First if all, thank you again if you were with us in 2020 because what we experience
in 2021 was still very much related to all the events that happened in 2020. Now, this
year was just outstanding: with people taking up the mantle to lead, to support, to
bring people together, and to get the work done in the right way. So it is no surprise to
say we’ve just had one of the best year ever. It still took most of 2021 to recover from
the damages of 2020, but by now not only did we recover we are excelling; and this is
all thanks to all of you who have given your heart to care, your open mind to
communicate, your kindness to reach understanding, and your trust and support to
carry one another. The year was full of challenges but you all prevailed because of the
extraordinary character you displayed. Not only do you have all of my respect, I hope
you all can take some time to reflect on how much you have experienced and grown in
the past 2 years and give yourselves a moment of well deserved self respect and
acknowledgement. And then please hold on to these humbling experiences for they
can serve us a lifetime as we look forward to the coming years. To that note, I wish the
entire family of Chinese Palace Restaurant Group, from the deepest of my heart, a
happy, healthy, and wonderful new year!!!"

It's the year for Abu Dhabi!
Even before the opening, Din Tai Fung has always been servicing
Abu Dhabi residencts through delivery which is located in our
cloud kitchen branch in Khalifa City. However, the world's famous
XLB restaurant will soon be opening a new branch this 2022; and
this time, it will be the first dine-in restaurant to be located in Abu
Dhabi! It will be located in the new Al Marya Mall, Al Marya Island
located on the (X Floor).

We don't really see much of Korean
cuisines in the region. That's why Koryo
introduces some of the common Korean
foods in a fast-food setting.

Tunisia Food Court
Kimchi is one of the most recognizable Korean
dish we know. It is a dish that can be eaten as
it is or on the side. But what exactly is Kimchi?
This korean chain that specializes in grilled
BBQ meats and stews, together with the
abundant choices of side dishes that are
called "Banchans."
FEATURED MENU ITEM
Kimchi originated as a method by Koreans to
store vegetables to be consumed during the
winter season as the cold winters did not
make it easy for them to produce food. It is
made by using a variety of vegetables (mostly
Napa Cabbage) and fermented using salt and
chili powder.
In Koryo, Kimchi is served as a Banchan or
side dish. Although, some menu items contain
Kimchi such as Kimchi stew and Kimchi fried
rice.
