A.5 REGISTRATION/ACCREDITATION
The accreditation office is located in Antholz-Mittertal at the Kulturhaus.
The teams are requested to register themselves on their arrival at the accreditation office to receive their accreditations.
The car pass distribution takes place in the accreditation office starting from Monday, 17th January 2022.

Starting from Monday 17th January accreditations must be carried throughout the event side.
The accreditation is property of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) and of the Biathlon Committee Antholz and can
be withdrawn any moment out of good reasons. In case of contraventions or of illegitimate use the accreditation will be
withdrawn by the organiser and the accredited person will lose all the rights conferred with it.
Lost or theft of the accreditation
If you lose your accreditation or have it stolen please report it immediately to the accreditation office in Antholz Mittertal.

A.7 LIABILITY/INSURANCE
According to the IBU rule 1.6.1.2 all participants must be sufficiently insured individually or by their national federation
against accidents and illness. The organizer cannot be held liable for any injures to person or material damage.
By submitting the Entry by names, the National Federation confirms that all persons entered are convered by such
insurance.

B.1 TRANSPORT – OC-SHUTTLE
The OC offers all team members a free transport from their team hotel to
the stadium. Transports must be applied in the IBU-Membercenter.
Every team receives a predefined number of team car passes for their
vehicles according to the size of the team.

B.2 COMPETITION OFFICE
The Competition Office is located directly in the Biathlon Stadium and will be open daily from Monday, 17th January
2022 on.

B.3 WAXING CABINS
The waxing cabins are located exclusively on the ground floor of the parking deck. The key must be picked up from the
competition office leaving a deposit (50.00€ / 50.00 US dollars). Waxing cabins are at your disposal from Monday 17th
January 2022.
On Monday 24th January 2022 the waxing cabins must be left empty and clean by 10.00.
The definitive distribution of the waxing cabins is communicated with an overall map (see next page).
B.4 CODE OF CONDUCT IN THE WAXING CABINS
Your health is important!
Here a code of conduct in the waxing cabins by the IBU:
• Please wear a protective mask and make sure you change the filter regularly, at least once a month
or as suggested by the constructor!
• Please make sure the protective mask fits your face!
• Please avoid unnecessary stays in the wax cabin!
• Do not store food in the cabin and do not eat inside the cabin!
• Avoid eating as long as there is wax on your hands!
• Air regularly and each time there is dust or smoke in the cabin!
• Do not allow athletes or external people in, except in case of emergency!
• Keep utmost order and clean daily, carry your protection mask when cleaning!
• Do not smoke as long as there is wax on your hands!

B.5 CATERING FOR TEAM STAFF
There will be no Biathlon Family Club this year. For all team members there will be various meal options to be
collected. Please fill out the form “Team Lunch” you have received by mail.
The forms have to be returned as follows:
- orders for Monday 17/01: within Sunday, 16/01 11.00 am
- orders for the following days: the day before within 11.00 am
Please be aware that you can only collect the meals with a special red box put at your disposal by the OC. On your
arrival day this box can be picked up in the competition office (deposit: 20€).
Please note that per registered team member only one meal per day can be ordered (according IBU Registration by
name).
Only one team-member can pick up all the ordered meals for the whole team with the red box at the lunch package
point every day from 10.30 h to 13.30.
You also find a hot beverage machine there – free of charge.

B.8 COMPETITION DOCTOR
The competition doctor is available at the doctor‘s surgery in the service building for all your questions from Tuesday,
18th January. During the whole event he offers a 24-hours emergency service.

B.9 FREE WIFI
Like last year all team members can use a free WiFi throughout the stadium area.
B.10 CHECK IN AT ARRIVAL
Before checking in at the hotel all teams are requested to register at the accreditation office and at the competition office.

B.11 RULES CONCERNING DRUGS
When crossing the Italian boarder on request you have to prove your personal need of the drugs carried with you.
B.12 ANTI-DOPING CONTROL STATION / BLOOD CONTROL STATION
The Anti-Doping Control Station is located in the Service Building of the Biathlon Stadium.
There will be no Blood Control Station. The Blood Controls will be made in the team hotels.
B.13 COSTS FOR ACCOMMODATION
All teams must pay their complete accommodation expenses (including the top 25 female and male) directly
at the hotel.
B.14 ACCOMMODATION FOR THE TOP 25 MALE AND FEMALE ATHLETES
Following the IBU rules the OC Antholz will cover the accommodation costs for the Top 25 male and female
athletes according to the World Cup total score for a maximum of 7 nights (category B price 90€).
The reimbursement of the accommodation costs/full board will be paid out at the Competition Office only if
the total amount does not exceed 999,99€. Reimbursements of more than 999,99€ will be paid to the National
Federation by bank transfer. The team leader must provide the according bank details (IBAN, Swift) to the OC.
B.15 TEAM LEADER MEETINGS
The Team Leader meetings will be held as a virtual meeting via Zoom on
Tuesday, 18th January 2022 at 20.00.
B.16 PRIZE MONEY
Regarding prize money the athlete is responsible to fill out the online
form in the IBU-Membercenter. The OC can only transfer the prize money
after all details have been provided by the athlete.
B.17 AWARD CEREMONIES
All award ceremonies take place right after the presentations of the winners in the stadium. The top six athletes and
top three relays are awarded.
