Eliza is a reminder of the Crawley baths, built in<br />
1914 and central to aquatic activities in Perth as<br />
a training pool for many champions, a centre for<br />
swimming, lifesaving and recreation. <strong>The</strong> baths<br />
were demolished in 1964 with the advent of<br />
modern ‘Olympic’ style pools.<br />
Sitting with her head leaning on her bent knee,<br />
this life-sized sculpture of a nine-year old Judith<br />
Anketell lost in thought, is situated in Howard<br />
Street between St Georges Terrace and <strong>The</strong><br />
