Luxury Commercial

Luxury Commercial – Hamilton Princess & Beach Club
Hamilton, Bermuda’s most luxurious hotel has made tasteful investments in both interior and exterior amenities
since being acquired by the Green Family in 2012. Upon one’s arrival to the main entrance you are welcomed
with politely-opened double doors inviting you into a foyer commonly mistaken for an art gallery. You are
drawn outside by a twenty-foot KAWS sculpture that is facing the newly renovated ‘Crown & Anchor’ outdoor
dining section. BS&R Group Ltd. installed the Spanish Cedar ceiling boards and roller screen covers that protect
patrons from the elements.
We’re not sitting down to eat just yet! We continue our visit walking along the hotel harborage until we sit at the
Marina Bar for a cocktail. The warm wooden theme is prominent here; radius slats clad the bar’s curveo exterior,
while vertical cedar slats adorn the bar’s interior wall. What a great spot to enjoy the hotel’s harborside before
walking onwards to the 1609 Restaurant for a sunset dinner.
Arguably the best view for enjoying a meal in Hamilton is at one of the water’s-edge tables at the 1609 restaurant.
BS&R Group fabricated and installed the second phase of the Spanish cedar ‘shutter windows’; an ingenious
design that couples the security of a window sash with the functionality of a push-out shutter. The spanish
cedar entrance door and ceiling boards were also supplied and installed by the BSR Group Ltd, complementing
the hotel’s recent additions to its outdoor aesthetic.
Three very unique spaces in the hotel separated by a few footsteps. We are very proud to be involved in Bermuda’s
contemporary hospitality product, and invite you to visit for yourself to appreciate the Hamilton Princess &
Beach Club’s luxury offerings.

PROJECT SHOWCASE

Luxury Residential – Winsor House, Tucker’s Town,
Bermuda.
For the Bermuda building industry there is an unspoken truth that upon hearing the term ‘Tucker’s Town’
one immediately thinks of luxury, quality materials, and the expectation of excellence.
Our most recent major project in Tuckers Town, Bermuda required us to install interior ceilings, baseboard,
interior doors, vanities, a wine cellar, closets, moulding, framing and beadboard. That’s just the interior!
Exterior shutters, gates, pergola, porch beams, railings, fencing and stairs were fabricated and finished in our
workshop.
A new building project offers the client the ability to design every detail of their home, and we at BS&R have
the experience, machinery, and quality of materials to execute bespoke projects.
