Our machinery fleet consists of:
110 Plastic injection presses (from 60 to 2000 t);
7 Aluminium die-casting presses (from 320 to 1100 t);
Added value operations:
Drilling, hot transfer, ultrasonic and vibration welding, pad-printing, customer-oriented

Our growth strategy for the new millennium is founded on three main pillars:
- design in cooperation with our customers, in order to study the best materials and solutions relying on rese
arch, product and process quality standards, and an organisation able to meet the market requirements;
- creation of a systems through technology and process integration instead of single units;
- location of production activities next to our most important customers.

GROWTH STRATEGIES
The year 2009 will close with a 10% increase in turnover, as opposed to the foreseen 10% drop taking into
consideration the 2008 client base.
The increase will mainly be due to the following new entries:
- Magneti Marelli Power Train, with important developments in the die-casting sector;
- Whirlpool Europe Srl -Varese site - the introduction of new orders to the platform of TecnoPlast Nordline Spa
(in the role of first tier supplier versus other sub-suppliers);
- Indesit Company Spa - the co-engineering of product/process of the new “Prime” aesthetic;
- Electrolux Spa -from whom process approval was obtained on the 27/03/09 for the production of parts for
“Dish washers” destined to their Solaro plant (production start date: May ’09); by the end of April ’09 a meeting
with the Head Buyer for Europe has been planned.
- Agreement on a collaboration project between Tecno Plast Group and Electrolux: Poland and Italy;
- TecnoPlast UK Ltd: The platform will have a turnover in 2009 around 40% of the turnover achieved in 2008.
Recent meetings with the CEO and the Central Purchasing Management of Indesit Company Spa, foresee
future and imminent developments in South Wales; while further negotiations with local partners to explore
new avenues for commercial opportunities in Great Britain are underway;
- Last, but by no means for importance, there are two important on - going projects for the acquisition of
market share which are very synergic for our sector of operation, these will be settled in the next two months.
Our company – strong in Its creed and constant effort for developing human resources - is projecting to reach
a consolidated turnover of € 300 mln in the next 3 years, in collaboration with potential industrial partners.
