Swap meet gems included these two early Hemi mills, ready for your nostalgia project.
The special movie cars seen here
included a real Dukes 1969 Charger
(courtesy Ellingson’s Car Museum in
Elk River, Minn.), the ’66 Coronet fourdoor
from the movie A Serious Man
owned by club member Curt Lawson,
and a documented Christine from the
John Carpenter film by the same
name; Bill Gibson is its
owner/caretaker. It was the most
complete collection of these cars ever
gathered.
TV cars? Yeah, baby, droptops. In the
background is a Nash Bridges 1971
Hemi ’cuda now owned by John
Randall, but even more unique is the 1972 Challenger convertible from the Mod Squad from Ken Schwanke’s
collection.
