I
’d like to start off by
wishing you an incredible
holiday season! This
year has been marked
with change and growth for us at Green Dynamix,
all of which we are so grateful for. We’ve changed our company
name, expanded into Landscape Supplies and are more committed to
our Core Values than ever before. We hope you see added value through
these changes and that we can strengthen our relationship with you, our
customer – The Boss!
Personally, I’ve experienced a few changes this year. My second
oldest daughter is attending college at Florida State University. As with
all 3 of my children, I always encourage them to go out, crush it and
never let anyone talk them out of their dreams! Another milestone for
me this year was my son Michael turning 18. I know he’ll accomplish
anything he sets his mind to! I would be lying if I said these weren’t
both proud and bitter- sweet moments for me in 2021.
Back to business
– At our Lake City
Office, we’re in the
process of building a
brand-new warehouse
to hold more products
in bulk supply.
When we first built
that office in 2016,
we thought we had
plenty of room.
Sometimes it’s
good to be wrong!
I’ve always believed
if we aren’t
growing, moving,
expanding in
work and in life,
then we need to
rethink our process.
Part of our
growth is refining our processes and our Logistics
Operations Manager, Josh Carter, has been
hard at work finding ways to increase our freight
options and streamline our deliveries. On the
sales side of things, Sherman Gentry has come
aboard as an Account Executive, serving our
amazing customers in the Panhandle and North
Florida. Previously in Inside Sales, Mariela Caballero
has moved to Account Executive for our
Central and South Florida customers. They both
exemplify what it means to have “Customer Obsession”,
one of our Core Values, and I would love
for you to read more about them on pages 6 and 7.
We had our quarterly company meeting recently
and we set some new goals. These meetings
are 100% business but because we have such a
great team, sometimes they feel more like a family
reunion where we get to align our goals and
inspire each other. We always try to include some
team building exercises and that’s such
a treat for all of us. For this meeting,
we took a break to play volleyball,
which you see a photo of on page 7 as
well. I’m thankful for our customers
and our team that takes care of their
needs. We always want to know how
we can better serve you and be an
ally. We all look forward to having
more of those conversations as we
enter 2022!
