loading/offloading and office staff access and parking. The<br />

for a minimum of 10 years (non-breakable).<br />

Sale Terms:<br />

The owner also seeks to sell the entire premises for<br />

AED 26,000,000, excluding the transfer charges.<br />

Fees:<br />

Each party shall be responsible for their own legal costs<br />

incurred in the transaction's preparation, negotiation, and<br />

settlement. The buyer will be responsible for paying all fees<br />
