ASSEMBLY OF TRESTLES AND LADDERS<br />
Using a fork lift and 2 workers the two trestles are assembled to the top tower section and<br />
ladders are mounted. All contact surfaces are protecting the tower with large elastomer<br />
covering. The ladders provide easy access to the lifting points.
TRESTLES AND FRAMES TO BOTTOM<br />
The bottom sections are mounted with trestles, ladders and frames using a<br />
forklift and 2 workers. Stacking of tower sections can now begin.<br />
HOISTING TO SHIP<br />
The tower sections are loaded using truck and crane to stacking destination.<br />
ASSEMBLY OF TOP AND BOTTOM<br />
The sections are swiftly assembled by 2 expert workers.<br />

COMPACT CONTAINER TRANSPORT<br />
LIFTRA tower stacking frames are slided into a standard container. 10 frames in a<br />
40” container. Trestles and ladders are packed on wagons and rolled into container.<br />
30 trestles with ladders in a 40” container.<br />
CUSTOM MADE<br />
LIFTRA double stacking tower frames can be produced as a standard product or be<br />
modifi ed to client specifi cations, in cooperation with LIFTRA’s team of skilled engineers.<br />
