CAREER SUMMARY
I am a highly innovative, diligent, and career-oriented research scholar. I hold a Ph.D.
degree in Plant Pathology, looking for stronger research career advancement.
Recently I completed my Post Doctoral Research fellowship , at Shenyang
Agricultural University China. My research area is dedicated to the Bio-control of
crop diseases. Mainly focused on novel, Natural Macro-compounds, and Biofabricated
nano compounds from (Microbes and Plants) with their action
mechanism and disease management strategy. Plant disease diagnosis Plant Pathology,
Plant disease management, Plant-microbe interaction, Plant Physiological disease
mechanism, Molecular pathology of plants. Gene editing of bacteria, for the production
of active compounds and proteins. Engineering and optimization of the fermentation
process for the production of Secondary metabolites from microbes for
pharmacological and agrotechnological applications. Purification, separation,
identification, and structure elucidation of novel extracted natural compounds. Fungal
disease (Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Magnaporthie grisea.etc.). Tobacco
mosaic virus disease management by microbe-based silver nanoparticles. Identification
of microbes, by chemotaxonomy, physiological, morphological parameters, and
molecular approaches.
A highly multidisciplinary approach to these problems is taken encompassing
variety of chromatographic techniques especially HPLC, HPTLC, GC/MS, VLC, FC,
LC- MS, 1D (1H and 13C) & 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC and HMBC) spectroscopic
techniques, X-ray diffraction (XRD) , Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) ,
Electron transmission microscopy,Con-focal laser scanning microscopy, PCR,
Electrophoresis Bio-informatics, microbiological assays method apply.
