Kase� Managing Partner As the Managing Partner, Mr. Kase� has responsibility for running Titan and directing the team. While at Insignia, Mr. Kase� and Mr. Tabor completed over $1 billion in transactions in seven years. Mr. Kase� has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience holding senior positions at Greenwich Group International and Paci�c Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Kase� has extensive international transaction experience, including assignments in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia. Mr. Kase� received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Tabor has pioneered a multi-party tax-free exchange program that he has successfully executed on numerous transactions. Prior to Titan, Mr. Tabor was a Managing Director of Insignia Financial Group and the senior acquisition person responsible for identifying, structuring and overseeing joint venture multi-family investment opportunities in the United States. Since 1998, Mr. Tabor has overseen the underwriting, due diligence and acquisition of 21 properties with a total acquisition value of approximately $590 million dollars. Mr. Tabor began his career at Insignia in 1993 as the head of Asset Management responsible for 8,000 Multi-Family units (70 properties). Prior to joining Insignia, Mr. Tabor directed the multi-family equity investments for Health Endowment Properties, the housing program for a $100 million regional hospital operation, which included development of nursing homes, seniors housing and independent living facilities. Alumni of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Mr. Tabor spent �ve years in public accounting before beginning his 17-year career in real estate as Controller for hotel management company, Diversi�ed Hospitality Management.
