The jeep safari takes place in a Land Rover Defender 110 SW Jeep with a<br />

beautiful natural park in the direction of Cofete. As the beautiful<br />

mountainous landscape spreads out in front of you, you arrive at the<br />

Mirador and see the beautiful kilometer long beach on the west coast of<br />

of Tindaya, the white sand beaches of Majanicho and above all, the<br />

Natural Lakes of El Cotillo, where we will enjoy plenty of time to swim<br />

and do activities on one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Europe. <br />

In between there is enough time for a traditional Canarian meal. After the<br />

stop for a bath, the jeep safari in Fuerteventura takes you to the fortress<br />

A coach will pick you up from El Castillo or Corralejo to the port of<br />

Corralejo, in the north of the island, where you will board our ferry that<br />

will take you to the island of Lanzarote. The journey by sea will take<br />

approximately 30 minutes.<br />

When you arrive in Lanzarote, you will enjoy free time to discover this<br />

incredible island at your own pace. <br />

You can visit Playa Blanca, an old fishing village and one of the most<br />

visited areas on the island today, or sunbathe at Playa Flamingo, or at<br />

Playa Blanca beach itself, which has the same name as the port.<br />

the island, such as the famous Marina Rubicón market, the beautiful<br />

narrow roads that will bring us closer to corners of the island that<br />

The Meeting Point of the north and south caravan is at an Aloe Vera<br />

farm, where we will be informed of all the properties of this<br />

miraculous plant, considered "the Queen of Medicinal Plants".<br />

Admire with us the beauty of the "La Entallada Lighthouse", learn<br />

about the life of the canaries in the interior of the island, where we<br />

will visit the Esparragal ecological farm. <br />

We are headed to the port of Corralejo to board the ferry to Playa<br />

Blanca (Lanzarote). A bus awaits us there that will take us to the<br />

Montañas del Fuego to visit this fantastic lunar landscape.<br />

Marvel at the geothermal activity of Timanfaya, where the parks are<br />

made up entirely of volcanic soil and where eruptions from the active<br />

volcano can still take place.<br />

On the Islote de Hilario there will be geothermal demonstrations,<br />

after which we will visit the "Route of the Volcanoes".<br />

Next, we will go to La Geria, a unique place in the world, declared a<br />

Biosphere Reserve. A unique and intoxicating landscape that<br />

constitutes the largest cultivation area of wine in Lanzarote. We will<br />

visit a winery, to taste one of the typical wines.<br />

We return to Playa Blanca passing through the Lava Coast (Salinas de<br />

Janubio) for the return to Fuerteventura.<br />

We will leave at 10:00 with the regular line boat from the Corralejo<br />

pier, where we will arrive at Isla Lobos in just 15 minutes of<br />

We will start the excursion with an explanation at the visitor center<br />

about the history, flora and fauna of Isla Lobos. We will get on the<br />

path that takes us to La Calera beach where we will visit the place of<br />

the Phoenician deposits, the historic lime oven.<br />

We continue our route to the summit of the volcano, height 127<br />

meters, where the landscape of the dunes of Corralejo, the south of<br />

Lanzarote will be the true protagonists! <br />

It is advisable to bring comfortable walking shoes. Those who do not<br />

want to walk can stay on the beach.<br />

We will arrive at Puertito at 13:00, the perfect place to take<br />

advantage of a swim in crystal clear waters, snorkeling or simply<br />

The excursion begins at 09:15 in the morning, the 7-seater van will<br />

pick you up with your guide. We make the first stop in the town of<br />

Ajuy, one of the most important fishing villages on the island.<br />

Geology, culture, history will welcome you to the island of<br />

Fuerteventura!<br />

We will get on the path that runs through the basalt to go down to<br />

the natural cave, a 30-minute walk in total. It is advisable to bring<br />

comfortable shoes.<br />

After the visit to the caves of Ajuy we will continue to the town of<br />

Pájara where we will stop to visit the church with its Aztec-style<br />

facade from the 17th century. We will cross the entire center of the<br />

island until we arrive at the Costa Calma beach. We will make several<br />

photo stops along the route, before our arrival in the south.<br />

At 1:00 p.m. we will arrive at the Costa Calma beach where you can<br />

enjoy it until 3:00 p.m. At 15:00 we will leave Costa Calma from<br />

that allows us to climb Escanfraga Mountain, located in the north of<br />

The tour begins at the base of the crater and along a winding path<br />

Walking along the path known as the "camel route", we will reach the<br />

highest point of the volcano, which, at 533 meters high, is the highest<br />

in Fuerteventura. <br />

You can challenge yourself in the adventure of climbing the rim of<br />

As you walk, you will learn how the local people, in the past, used<br />

this volcano to survive, taking advantage of the little rain to grow<br />

cereals. We will make a short stop to rest and have the opportunity<br />

to take photos before starting the return journey and then return to<br />

the accommodation.<br />

HIKING ROUTE<br />

OREJA DE BURRO<br />

Castillo - Costa Calma - Jandía<br />

We will be on the roof of the<br />

Island, touching the sky with<br />

our hands and at our feet<br />

kilometers of wild beaches,<br />

Cofete and Barlovento, seeing the<br />

Jandia Arch with its very steep<br />

walls.<br />

We pick up the clients and we will go to the starting point of this<br />

route that allows us to climb the Pico de la Zarza, the highest<br />

mountain in Fuerteventura with its 807 meters, located in the south<br />

of the island and within the Jandia natural park.<br />

Our path has a distance of about 13km of varied terrain and with a<br />

medium-high difficulty.<br />

This mountain is known by Fuerteventurans as Oreja Burro, because,<br />

together with the Pico de la Palma, from a distance they recall the<br />

shape of the ears of this animal.<br />

Going up the lee side we will find sections that are a bit steep, but<br />

once we reach the top the spectacular views will make us forget<br />

about tiredness.<br />

After a break with these wonderful views we will begin the descent<br />

to return to our starting point and from there to our accommodation.<br />
