Dear colleagues,

The National Congress of Surgery will be held in Sinaia, between June 8 – 11, 2022.

After two difficult years of dealing with the pandemic, we are able to organize the

congress face to face.

We chose the topic “Advances in the surgical treatment of cancer” especially

considering that this area has suffered perhaps the most during this period.

As usual, pre-congress courses will be organized with the participation of

renowned specialists, surgeons but also oncotherapists from the country and

abroad.

We will have dedicated sessions on surgical oncology of the digestive tract and

appendages of other forms of cancer. There will be round tables in the field of

oncology with various topics, to discuss current therapeutic protocols.

I am convinced that each of us will be able to present our experience and learn

new things.

Apart from the scientific side, we all want to come back to the face-to-face socialization that we have been

missing so much lately.

NCS 2022 VENUES

The scientific lectures of the congress will take place in the conference rooms of the "Casino" Sinaia International

Conference Center. Located in the northern part of "Dimitrie Ghica" Park, "Casino" in Sinaia is nowadays one of the

edifices - symbol of the resort. The imposing building was built in record time, in only one year (1911-1912).

The conferences rooms, with more than 1100 seats, offer a perfect place for the scientific papers.
