SCIENTIFIC SECRETARIAT
The Scientific Secretariat will be opened starting with Wednesday, June 8, and will function within the Congress
Secretariat. This is where powerpoint presentations are handed over to ensure the appropriate running of the
lecture.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Materials for oral presentations must be handed over to the Scientific Secretariat at least 2 hours before the
presentation, with the clear specification of the presentation title, name of the session, conference room, day and
the hour of the presentation. The organizers take no responsibility for materials that have not been checked and
handed over to the Scientific Secretariat.
