ARCHITECT<br />

Architect Will Hentschel is Principal of 359 Design, a Denver-based<br />

collaboration focused on pushing the boundaries of what is possible by<br />

creating community, building partnerships, and crafting meaningful and<br />

efficient design solutions.<br />

Will and his team thoughtfully curated fresh, new approaches rooted in<br />

<strong>Vail</strong>’s brand heritage, resulting in a “modern <strong>Vail</strong> contextual” style unique<br />

only to <strong>Altus</strong> <strong>Vail</strong>. In the video enclosed, he expands on how the depth of<br />

space allows for rare, single-family-style floorplans and how the penthouse<br />

units, with their unprecedented height and floor-to-ceiling windows, flood<br />

the space with light, transforming the space into a Sky Home.<br />

were curated by Kellye O’Kelly, Principal Designer of OCG, who has over<br />

20 years of experience in residential and hospitality interior design. Kellye<br />

marries trend with timelessness, deftly balancing a thorough understanding<br />

modern style.<br />
