We develop most of our control units in block construction.
This compact, robust and low-piping construction
is easy to install and at the same time spacesaving.
For the production of the control blocks, we use
materials that are matched to the key factors such
as pressure, fluid or environmental conditions at the
point of use. Comprehensive testing of the functionality
of each individual component as well as the
entire product is, of course, standard. We guarantee
that only high-quality systems leave our premises.

Individual solutions require individual consulting.
That is why personal and qualified consulting is a
priority for us right from the start. We know that only
early, intensive consultation can guarantee planning
in line with requirements and smooth execution of
a project.

Here, too, the following applies: Give us a problem
and we will develop the solution. This means that
we will build the right hydraulic power unit for you
- including the electrical control system and PLC if
required.
We deliver standard power packs in 14 days or faster
thanks to our modular design principle. For the
inland shipping industry we have already delivered
power packs within 24 hours.
Of course, we also take care of the installation and
commissioning on site, if desired. We are also happy
to modernize and optimize existing hydraulic power
units or complete plants.
In order to maintain the optimum efficiency of the
units, we offer you an individual maintenance concept.
This guarantees highest efficiency, long service
life and avoids downtimes.

The properties you require for the hydraulic valve
cannot be achieved with a standard valve? Then we
will develop the right valve for you. By the way, even
for small quantities can be the most cost-effective
solution.
Better control with
counterbalance valves
With the help of lowering brake valves, almost all drives
can be controlled better, since these loads become
positive loads from the point of view of the directional
control valve, even when the load itself is
pulling on the motor (negative load). Due to the inverse
open-loop control ratio, small loads are lowered
with large control pressures. Large loads, on the other
hand, are lowered with smaller control pressures.
This makes the loads easier to control and improves
the stability of the entire drive. With counterbalance
valves, negative, pulling loads become those that are
positive from the point of view of the directional control
valve used. This simplifies the motion control is
considerably simplified.

Our H 25 series was developed for all standard applications.
Thanks to the smart modular system, the
series is an all-rounder. This means that it can also
be used at extreme operating temperatures (up to
200 °C) and in aggressive ambient conditions.
• FLUID SERVICE
In order to increase the productivity of machines
and plants, we also offer our customers solutions
with oil condition indicators and filter systems for
clean hydraulic oil.
• SPECIAL DESIGNS
Whenever standard cylinders do not offer a solution,

SERVO HYDRAULICS
Servo valves for electrohydraulic control systems
Schneider Sevohydraulics GmbH has been a specialised
manufacturer of single and multi-stage piston
spool valves of the highest precision and quality
since the 1960s.
The servo valve is the heart of every electrohydraulic
control. High quality equipment is essential to meet
the static and dynamic requirements. The spool and
sleeve valves single-stage and multi-stage with their
simple construction, comply with these criteria perfectly.
We support our customers with valves which meet the
highest technical requirements and, in combination
with systems, enable the user to be more successful.
To this end, we and our partners develop ideas in order
to find holistic solutions to problems. Our goal for
the future is to achieve long-term success on the basis
of our technology, as well as to retain a technological

HYDRAULIC SERVO VALVES
Servo valves from Schneider Servohydraulics are renowned
for reliability and easy maintenance. Our
servo valve programme includes valves in one-stage,
two-stage and three-stage models with a flow range
of 0.4 to 700 l/min. In addition to the comprehensive
standard programme, we provide many adapted
valve models – with e.g. special characteristic curve,
pistons with very little waste oil, with two reverse
edges or highly dynamic valves.
SPECIAL DESIGNS
We supply a wide range of special valves with the

precision < 0.4 l/min
