20.8R42 axle duals, 2506hrs, Showroom condition, second owner; 1990 John Deere 4455, 4wd, cab,
air, powershift, front & rear weights, quick hitch, front fenders, 20.8x38 T-rail duals. All shined & polished,
showing 2500hrs, true hours are 4500hrs, second owner; 1982 John Deere 4440, 2wd, cab, air,
front weights, quick hitch. 20.8x38 T-rail duals, everything is in original condition, 5361hrs. For the last
20 years all it has done was pull the corn planter for 40 hrs a year. Purchased new, very very nice, last
year manufactured; John Deere 4020, factory cab, front weights, all original, 18.4x38 rears, true hours
unknown (repaired block), selling on last high bid confirmation; Dresser TD TE bull dozer, 6-way blade,
power shift, second owner, good bottom, 6563hrs, super good machine.
COMBINE & HEADS: 1997 John Deere 9400, 2wd combine, cab, air, straw spreader & chopper,
4201 engine hours, 2192 separator hours, purchased new, always shedded, no scratches, nicest one in
the country; JD 920, 20’ flexhead, as new plastic finger reel, purchased new combine; JD 444 corn

light package, markers; Landoll 205, 9 shank soil saver; Vicon LS 1910T sprayer, 500 gallon, tandem, 25’
booms, self-levelling; Turncoe 225 gravity box, comes with almost new 14’ fertilizer auger, Horst 10
ton wagon, extensions & tarp; Onan 4.5kw genset, as-is, not sure if running; Diesel fuel tank with electric
pump; 6.5’ snow blower; 2 (two) 6’ blades.

he does & his equipment reflects it! Most all equipment purchased new or second owner & always
shedded. Everything sells to the highest bidder, except the JD 4020 which sells on last high bid confirmation.
Viewing from September 15th-17th from 9am to 4pm, or by appointment only
TERMS: A 5% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $2,000 (Buyer’s Premium & Internet Fees) per
item. Payments will be received for 1 days on location after the auction by cash, cheque, debit, credit,
certified cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire Transfer. Payments are due by 3:30pm on September
21st. Invoices will be emailed out after the auction closes! If needed, financing MUST be prearranged
prior to bidding. Items to be removed by September 30th with paid invoices only. Owners and Auctioneers
are not responsible for accidents during viewings or loading. Auctioneers are not responsible
for items not picked up after final loading day.
