TERMS: A 5% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $2,000 (Buyer’s Premium & Internet Fees) per item.<br />

Payments will be received for 2 days on lo<strong>ca</strong>tion after the auction by <strong>ca</strong>sh, cheque, debit, credit, certified<br />

cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire Transfer. Payments are due by 3:30pm on October 6th. Invoices<br />

will be emailed out after the auction closes! If needed, financing MUST be prearranged prior to bidding.<br />

Items to be removed by October 1st, with paid invoices only. Owners and <strong>Auction</strong>eers are not responsible<br />

for accidents during viewings or loading. <strong>Auction</strong>eers are not responsible for items not picked up after final<br />
