LUXOR has manufactured suspended metal ceilings since 1968. Most of the company’s customers operate in
the shipbuilding industry.
Customisable Luxor ceilings are also popular among constructors and can be found in residential buildings,
hospitals, schools and public swimming pools, as well as famous buildings such as Oslo Konserthus and Oslo
Airport. The suspended metal ceiling of the exchange building in Moscow is also made by Luxor.
Luxor strengthened its position on the market in spring 2016. Major investments in 2017 and 2018 will make
the company an even more efficient partner for shipbuilding and construction companies, and its thin sheet
subcontracting will become more competitive.
Shipbuilding is currently experiencing a notable boom. We are meeting the requirements
of the rapidly developing industry with new products and investments that
enable more efficient production, also in the fields of construction and subcontracting.

WE ARE EXPERTS IN ALL STAGES OF THIN SHEET MANUFACTURE from design to logistics. Our
suspended ceiling systems are comprehensive, and we are happy to help our customers choose the right
product for any application.
Our delivery reliability is world-class. The design, manufacture and timely delivery of high-quality product series
requires modern methods combined with solid professional skills. Our dedicated team of fifty professionals rollform,
edge, pierce and perforate the products, ensuring that they fulfill our customers’ strict requirements. We
are also known for our own painting shop, where we finish the products according to our customers’ wishes.
Luxor has developed a special panel ceiling system, which is perfectly suitable for
spaces that require extremely hygienic conditions. Such spaces are for
example: hospitals, laboratories, institutional kitchens, food preparation areas
or other special clinical environments.

The finished products are delivered to the customer in fire-rated packaging solutions that meet the requirements
of the transport mode and conditions at the dock. The customers’ wishes are taken into account when manufacturing
the product-specific packaging.
Several basic facts prove that metal suspended ceilings are environmentally friendly and lasting products. All our
products are produced from non-toxic natural materials (aluminium and steel) in a very carefully controlled process,
during which all wastage material is collected and delivered for recycling.

bending cell and a new router. Luxor’s bending robot is the only one of its kind in the Nordic countries, and it

WE ARE EXPERTS IN FIRE-RETARDANT PRODUCTS, which play a major role in promoting fire safety,
particularly in shipbuilding. Our products and packaging do not maintain or spread the fire. Furthermore,
our fire-rated products are manufactured to endure high temperatures in the event of fire.
Our suspended ceilings are certified in fire resistance classes C, B-0 and B-15, which means they meet all
