Park for our first of the season U9 & U10 match day festival!

In the build-up to the Women’s Rugby
World Cup we would like to celebrate the
sporting achievements of women in our
own community!
We would love to highlight the success of
two of our Tyne Met students, Molly and
Lucy (pictured)
Both joined the Tyne Met programme in
September 2021, and since joining they have
excelled along the age-grade pathways.
Both were invited to be involved with
England Girls U18 North camp, which is a
huge achievement and testament to how
they’ve developed over the past season.
their Women’s Super League debuts for Huddersfield Giants
against Leeds Rhinos.
It has been a pleasure to watch how they have progressed, and
we can’t wait to see how they get on this season!
Premiership Rugby Champions is an interactive resource for
primary schools, delivered through the Premiership Rugby Digital
App.
The app makes digital lesson plans and resources available to
school across the country.
Within the programme there are three
strands: Tackling Health, Tackling
Numeracy and Tackling Character.
It aims to take an all-inclusive
approach to these three strands
by applying real-world and
sports-based scenarios to
curriculum activities.
