How to book Please note we do not have a box office onsite, and therefore recommend our online booking system as the quickest and simplest way to book tickets for our events. ONLINE: Visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/shrewsburyschool to book online. Tickets can either be emailed or posted to you in advance, and you will receive an instant confirmation email after you have booked and paid for your tickets. BY POST: Please send details of the tickets that you require along with your address and a contact number or email address. Event Sponsorship and Hospitality Opportunities If you are interested in having your business, organisation or name associated with Shrewsbury School’s Music & Arts events then, why not sponsor one of our high calibre performances? We offer a variety of sponsorship levels where we can promote your brand, organisation or kindness at a level to suit you. Your logo can be placed on all promotional material and press communications associated with the event., including posters, press releases, programmes, website promotion and promotion at the event itself. Alternatively, if you would like to entertain your clients, family, friends or associates, then why not speak to us about our hospitality packages, which include free tickets, reserved concert seating, canapés and drinks receptions if required. Packages can be completely tailored to your budget and requirements. Group Discounts & Offers Discounts are available on all Shrewsbury School Music & Arts events for groups of 10 or more. Shrewsbury School is also committed to building links with other schools and is always more than happy to discuss special rates for parties from schools or groups that would like to attend our events. Contact For more information on any of the above, please contact the Events Manager, on 01743 280812 or events@shrewsbury.org.uk Charities Once again we are delighted to assist the student-led Charities Committee with their fundraising activities by holding retiring collections at our free admission concerts. If you have enjoyed the concert that you have attended, then please do feel free to pop a few coins or a note into the collection bucket at the end of the evening. Every penny collected will go into our charities account and be distributed to charities. Last year, the Committee raised a wonderful £33,000 for 20 charities. The School continues to support two main charities, The Shewsy (our youth club in Everton); We are now supporting Restart Africa an Orphanage in Gilgil Kenya. Restart was founded by Mary Coulson in 2008 after election violence in Kenya led to many people becoming displaced and children being abandoned through extreme poverty. It offers children a chance to Restart their lives and we are currently raising money to help educate the children at private Kenyan schools where education is significantly better than the state sponsored schools. The charity also offers people a chance to volunteer with the children and many Salopians have done just that in their Gap Years. There is a planned trip to visit Restart this year.
