Graffiti Removers
GRAFFI GREEN
GRAFFI WIPES
A liquid graffiti remover for
hard surfaces. Graffi Green
removes most types of graffiti
made with felt pen and spray
paint. It is ideal for use on most
hard non-porous surfaces and
can also be used on other nonabsorbent
surfaces. Safe for use
on polycarbonate.
Cloth wipes impregnated with an
advanced graffiti remover. The
wipes will remove graffiti made
by marker, felt- and ball-point pen
from most painted, plastic and hard surfaces.
Graffi Wipes are safe for use on polycarbonate,
as they will not etch or leave the surface ‘milky’ in
appearance.

POULTICE
This strong and safe safe
graffiti-removal poultice is a
paste that removes the stains

by oxidising away traces of
pigments and by breaking down
grease and oil residues in the

Anti-Graffiti Coatings
AGS GRAFFI COAT 1
AGS GRAFFI COAT 1 ES
CHEMICALS
For use on all outdoor masonry
surfaces where a sacrificial
invisible protection (up to 10 years)
is required. Graffi Coat 1 is a
permeable (allows the surfaces to
breathe) and fully reversible waterbased
crystalline micro wax coating
suitable for all masonry surfaces
and most porous surfaces. Graffi
Coat 1 helps prevent penetration of atmospheric
pollutants into the substrate and eases
subsequent cleaning.
For use on all outdoor masonry
surfaces, particularly porous natural
stone and painted surfaces, where a
sacrificial invisible protection (up to
10 years) is required. Graffi Coat 1 ES
is a permeable (allows the surfaces
to breathe) and fully reversible
water-based coating suitable for all
masonry surfaces including porous
and painted surfaces.
AGS GRAFFI COAT 102
AGS GRAFFI PRIME 102
A one-component, moisture-cured
polyurethane coating. This highperformance,
solvent-free coating
provides a clear matt and hard
scratch-resistant finish, with high
resistance to chemicals and graffiti.
Graffi Coat 102 can also be used as
a hygiene coating, and as a general
protective coating suitable for most substrates.
Graffi Coat 102 is also suitable for application to
brickwork and concrete, but must first be primed
with Graffi Prime 102 – a high grade acrylic.

Masonry Cleaning and Restoration
STONE & RENDERWASH
Effectively removes organic and
moisture-related soiling and
stains from most porous building
materials. Easy, fast and safe to
use. Recommended for exterior use
on stone and render, terracotta,
monuments, pavings, decking,
fences etc.
PROSOCO LIGHT DUTY
RESTORATION CLEANER
Safely removes light to moderate
atmospheric and oxidation staining
from dense masonry surfaces.
Removes difficult calcium (concrete)
stains, white scum and other staining
from most window glass. This
highly efficient, gelled cleaner is a
colourless blend of cleaning agents, detergents
and inhibitors. Compared to conventional acidic
restoration cleaner, the corrosive characteristics
of Light Duty Restoration Cleaner have been
dramatically reduced to minimise the potential for

A mild organic acid cleaning
compound, neutralises and
brightens surfaces that have been
prewashed with 766 Limestone

PROSOCO Safety Klean rids new
masonry construction of excess
mortar, dirt and other common

DEGREASER
PROSOCO Micro Degreaser is a
liquid which removes oil and grease
from all surfaces, using modern
micro emulsion technology to
remove even the heaviest grease
and oil. Areas of application include
rail engineering pits, car parks,

BIO OIL DIGESTER
Bio Oil Digester is effective in
removing petroleum-based oils
and greases. It inoculates oil and
grease based stains with microorganisms
which work to degrade
the contamination. Essential

Paint Strippers
CHEMICALS
TAVEC 201
A non-toxic and biodegradable multiple-layer
paint stripper, formulated for removal of most
paint types, urethanes and other coatings. Unlike
most conventional paint strippers, Tavec does
not dissolve paint but works by being absorbed
into the paint layers and swells the coating, lifting
it away from the substrate. This action helps to
contain hazardous components such as lead and
Isocyanates.TAVEC 201 is now available in small

PROSOCO OH
CONSOLIDATION TREATMENT
The intent of conservation treatment is to restore
the structural integrity to the crumbling, decaying
masonry, OH Consolidation Treatment is based
on silicic ethyl esters. Their extremely small
molecular structure enables then to penetrate
deeply into deteriorated masonry surfaces,
collecting at contact points between individual
stone grains. An internal catalyst and atmospheric
humidity then converts the liquid consolidant into
a glass-like silicon dioxide (siO 2
) gel which binds
the stone particles together.

TORIK Stone Cleaning System provides the option of

also kills spores thereby eliminating the source of

How TORIK works:
TORIK stone cleaning system is a two-component piece
of equipment that is mobile enough to be transported
in a van, yet robust enough for even the toughest stone
cleaning projects.
TORIK generates superheated water in a diesel burner
and an electric pump generates the controllable high
pressure delivered through a high pressure lance. The
operator has full control of pressure and temperature
for optimal cleaning and surface protection. The 15º to
25º cleaning edge is created with a ceramic
nozzle for optimal precision.
