Then the last big job they did was build a custom sub-frame and a
handmade custom leather seat. It took three attempts to achieve
the perfect look and feel for what they were after. A tail tidy and LED
lights from LeMotographe in France (who also supplied the custom
handmade BMW fuel tank badges and billet custom fuel cap) rounded
things off.
They then fitted a very unique exhaust system from the Czech
Republic by an outfit called Cafe 4 Racer. It’s different in that they
only hand built five of these particular exhaust systems and the
quality and sound really does speak for itself - and when you hear the
bike fire up… It makes your knees quite weak.
Donovan says, “ To ultimately get the machine we produced we
wanted to build a bike where not one single component stood out
on its own, our idea was to get all the really special components to
come together as a whole to then look like a factory built Cafe Racer
of international quality and standard… which we believe we have
achieved. And just by the responses we have had to the bike we are
feeling really good about I and we have already started work on the
next project.”
We definitely approve, everywhere you look on this bike there is
something that catches your attention and to be honest, you stare
in amazement. Stand back and take it all in. Cytech is definitely a

We contemplated begging for a ride but with a total build cost
somewhere north of R600k, so we decided to err on the side of
caution and let Don ride the bike for the photo shoot.
