WINDMILL SOFTBALL
PITCHING
Beginning and advanced students will
be accepted in this class. Beginning
students will learn windmill motion
(step style) and various pitches. Class
will be divided by ability in two 35
minute classes. Students need their
own catcher.

Beginning students will learn the basic
pitching mechanics, including fourseam
fastball and changeup. Advanced
students will review the basic pitching
mechanics, learn advanced pitches, and
pitching strategies.

VOLLEYBALL
All aspects of the game
are taught through
drills and exercises
that focus on bumping,setting, spiking,
hitting and serving. Designed for
beginning to intermediate players.
