With us it is possible to order - of any product - per 1 piece.
Staggered price
So it is possible to order only 1 piece per product. The price we offer for this is similar to the market price of well-known brands.
But we like to make an extra effort for our customers. That is why we offer quantity discounts if you purchase several pieces
of a product at a time.
On our website you will find those discounts per product on the product page, under the tab "Staggered prices", where the
reduced price is shown when purchasing larger numbers, for example per 12 / 24 / 48 etc.
This way you can not only start your own brand, but also obtain a very interesting price.
Free Samples
We wish to help you as much as possible to introduce your own brand to customers, which is why we also give free samples
with every order. We calculate the number of free samples based on your order, and of course:
the larger your order, the more samples.

PRO Design
These PRO Designs are professional designs that are completely finished and just waiting for your logo.
FLEX Design
If you prefer a little more artistic freedom when choosing your own product label, or if you prefer a free alternative, then the FLEX
Design is what you are looking for.

PRO DESIGN
These PRO Designs are professional designs that are completely finished and just waiting for your logo.
Each PRO Design comes in 5 different colors, you are free to choose 1 color for your entire product line, or you can use a
different color of this design per product group if desired.
The design can no longer be changed (font, background image, etc.).
The PRO Designs are expertly designed by our design expert and can be offered for a democratic price of € 5 per month,
always for a minimum of 12 months with complete exclusivity. In other words, once you have chosen a PRO Design, no one
else can use this design for as long as you wish to use it for your own product range.

FLEX DESIGN
If you prefer a little more artistic freedom when choosing your own product label, or if you prefer a free alternative, then
the FLEX Design is what you are looking for.
You can design a product label yourself in a few simple steps:
1. We offer you a number of “FLEX Designs - white label” designs. These are labels that do not yet have a background pattern
or background color. So literally labels with a white background. You can first choose a blank label with the layout you want. Then
we add a background and the colors in the next steps.
2. After you chose a "white label" design, now the goal is to give the background some color. In this 2nd step you choose the
color pattern.
You can choose from all kinds of color patterns ranging from 1 color to patterns with 3 different colors, with or without figures or
color transitions.
You can of course also adjust the colors that you see in the patterns, which is done in the next step.
3. When you have chosen a color pattern and click open, you will suddenly notice that you still have the option to choose the
colors.
If you already have a house style, you can always use your own colors, based on the CMYK codes.
If you do not have your own color codes, we have designed a clear color palette for you. Simply choose the color you want by
entering the color number (according to our color palette).

FLEX Design – Choosing a White Label
During this first step to develop your own FLEX Design, we give you plenty of options for the standard layout of your label
(in a next step you can choose the color pattern and colors).

During this second step you choose from one of the many color patterns, which will then serve as the background. For
now, just focus on the pattern itself. Once you have made a choice you can then adjust the colors used in the pattern to
what you wish.

Delivery and transport costs
As a general rule, we ensure that your order is ready for collection from our warehouse. But in order to offer the best possible
service, we have several options:
You organize collection from our warehouse in Roeselare (for example, you send a transport service to pick up your
order from us).
Since you are responsible for the transport, we do not charge any additional costs
You want us to arrange delivery. Depending on the weight of the order, this will be done via a parcel carrier (DPD) or
via a transport service (by pallet) that we will organize.
We charge a transport cost of € 6 per 15 to 20 kg

Since all products are personalized, we are obliged to request payment in advance for each time.
We do have different modalities for this.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we offer numerous payment methods
(Bancontact, PayPal, Mastercard, etc.) via our website.
But of course you can always pay by bank transfer on the basis of the “pro forma” invoice.
