Being the first company offering standard tools for unlimited stagedbending or offering standard tools for more process reliability while boosting tool life with AMANIT , werepeatedly demonstrated that all our activities are developed in close coordination with our customers,meeting the demands of the “best in class”.Acute bending ( < 90°)Offset bending90°bendingFlatteningFor example, the manufacturing of above electronic chassis requires 90-degree bends, acute bends, hemsand offset bends. Using traditional bending, the operator would set up his press brake several times,handling the same part again and again. Press brake tools would play a significant role in this case. Becauseof their differing heights, they mostly allow only identical stages on same machine. As a result, several setuptimes have to be added to the processing cost.Our New AFH tools are designed in order to enable the operator to setup multiple bends within one brakebed. While in the past the operator was more focused on tool alignments and how different tools could runat the same time, the New AFH now allows focusing on his sheet part, giving trouble-free, unlimited stagingpossibilities. Staged bending will make small runs cost-effective by simplifying complex bending sequencesand handling each part only once.Our punches are categorized into four levels, depending on their operating height. H70mm, H90mm,H120mm and H160mm. Our staged dies are offering stage bending in combination with acute bending,hemming and offset bending.
