Brathay Hall Induction Within the first few weeks into your role at <strong>Siemens</strong> you get the opportunity to attend a launch event where you meet other interns, apprentices, and graduates within the business.
You will be split into sub-groups from different parts of the <strong>Siemens</strong> business and within these groups you will take part in a wide range of fun activities. The main theme of the overall trip was to cover: • Building and sustaining collaborative relationships. • Finding resilience and positive engagement in the face of challenges and change. • Taking ownership of personal learning to improve performance and achieve results.
