Hosting a virtual workshop, or just strapped for time when facilitating face-to-face? Have your clients
take the assessment ahead of time and you can spend more time on the interpersonal components of
the program and still have time to address the specific applications to better meet your client’s needs.
Working with clients long-distance? PD-Online lets them take the assessment in preparation for your
session. PD-Online is both convenient and cost effective and you are only charged when you download a
report. PD-Online offers flexible administration options for facilitators; clients can be entered individually,
uploaded from a Microsoft Excel ® spreadsheet, or be sent a self-registration link. Facilitators can choose
which optional Dimension Cards to use along with the necessary Traits & Characteristics, Introversion/
Extraversion Quiz, the updated Picture Cards and Life Values Dimensions Cards.
PD-Online Profile Report
The PD-Online Profile Report is a comprehensive, 8 page portrait that captures your clients’
preferences in an easy-to-read, personalized scoring sheet combined with information on the
characteristics, functional skills, strengths, and potential weaknesses of each colour, in addition to
recognizing the needs, how to gain the cooperation, the likes, and what causes problems for team
members of each preference, as well as how to reward them. The result is an attractive, complete
report that clients can refer to again and again. The combination of the PD-Online Adult Classic
assessment and the resulting PD-Online Profile Report includes all the same content as the
physical Participant Pack, Picture Cards, Dimension Cards and PD in Action.

The 24 page PD-Online Professional Report features extended descriptions on the needs and
values, strengths, and potential challenges of each colour preference and a description of each
preference at work, both as a leader and as an employee. There are also tips for working with
each colour preference – sections on stressors, what the stressed person looks like and ways they
can overcome stress. Detailed descriptions of both Introverts and Extraverts are also included
along with examples of what may cause stress at work, and how both preferences thrive in their
workplace. Also included are great quick reference charts on how to “read” an individual’s colour
and Introversion/Extraversion preference and how to better communicate with each dimension.

The PD-Online Wellness Report is an essential part of a wellbeing program. This 38 page
personalized report outlines the needs and values, strengths and the take on wellness for each
of the four personality dimensions. It goes into further detail by looking at six wellness factors –
physical, intellectual, spiritual, work, emotional and social. Each section explores the approach,
how Introverts & Extraverts may differ, as well as challenges and tips for improving personal
wellness.
Written by the authors of Colour Savvy (page 19) and Unlocking your Personality (page 18),
Anne Bulstrode and Susan Geary, the PD-Online Wellness Report was created with online
learning in mind. The sections are laid out in a modular fashion, and can be explored individually.
The report leaves a lasting impact that can be saved to a device or printed out for future reference.
