RECEPTION / FIT-OUT
The works involved in creating a new reception and
welcome area including demolition, dry lining,
plastering, mechanical and electrical, decoration,
bespoke joinery, flooring and digital media screens.
The works were predominantly undertaken during
normal working hours, so creating a suitable hoarding
system to separate the works area to the occupants
was initially high priority, managing this relationship
throughout the project was again critical to business
continuity. Remodelling works to the existing structure
and the mechanical and electrical systems had to be
again managed around the live office environment. The
fit-out works were completed to a very high standard,
on time and to the complete satisfaction of the client.

SKYWAYS HUB / DESIGN, FURNITURE & FIT-OUT
The Very Group selected Greenmount Projects to take
on the challenge or transforming their existing contact
centre with-in their Skyways Campus in Liverpool.
Supporting employee well-being is a huge priority for
The Very Group, hence why this refurb was so
important. Facing many challenges along the way,
Greenmount Projects worked exceptionally close with
the team at The Very Group to set up an environment
which was inclusive, welcoming and fit the
requirements for a day-to-day contact centre. Skyways
Hub provides distinct areas catering to different
working styles with aesthetics that aid collaboration,
concentration and breakout spaces where appropriate.

L6 BAR & RESTAURANT /
DESIGN, FURNITURE & FIT-OUT
Blackpool & The Fylde College had selected
Greenmount to take on the design and build of their
Level 6 Bar & Restaurant. This was an existing space
that allows service industry students to put their
expertise to the test! The brief was to have a complete
strip out and freshen up, something modern but timeless.
Our main focus was the bar, made bespoke in our
joiners workshop, and fitted out with everything you
could need for cocktail making and prep. We also made
a feature with some bespoke banquette seating, and
kept everything in theme with navy and mustard tones,
matching the views of the beach of course! The
planting and lighting elements has made the space feel
fresh and funky. We hope the students and customers
of Level 6 are enjoying their new space

SKYWAYS HOUSE / DESIGN, FURNITURE & FIT-OUT
As the office world began to change through COVID-
19, Green-mount Projects took on the challenge to
transform The Very Group’s HQ in Liverpool to set
them up for Hybrid working when the staff members
returned to the office. To further elevate the
sustainability credentials of the headquarters,
Greenmount incorporated a two-point bin drop in all
kitchens to promote mandatory recycling for
employees. Through better design, The Very Group
wanted its employees to feel connected to their values
and forward-thinking nature wherever they are within
the building. Greenmount Projects invested in high
quality, ergo-nomic furniture solutions including glazed
screens and greenery as a way to divide the space.

GYM / FIT-OUT
Greenmount were tasked to work alongside the client
advisor, Arcadis, and design team of Youth Studio and
Chapman and Taylor to deliver a resident gym and
studio fit out within a new high rise property
development in the centre of Manchester.
Taking on some contractor design portions, we worked
closely with the design team in working through some
existing building constraints, to develop a design that
worked practically and aesthetically. Transforming the
area from a shell and core to the gym seen now. We
undertook fill M&E design and installation, fire curtains,
acoustic ceilings and full flooring, bespoke joinery,
specialised gym flooring, wall lining, plastering, decoration
and suspended ceilings.

RUSHTON BUILDING / DESIGN,
FURNITURE & FIT-OUT
This project began with an initial concept design meet
with the client to determine the scope of works. The
internal Green-mount design team developed the brief
and designed the space through to a successful
technical approval. The construction team completed
the works with in-house labour including electricians,
joiners, plumbers, decorators, and furniture with support
from supply chain partners. Here at Greenmount
Projects, we guided the client throughout the journey
and assisted with all building control and technical
issues. On the final sign off the client was extremely
happy with the works undertook on The Rushton.

THE CLOISTERS / STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS
DESIGN, FURNITURE & FIT-OUT
The project involved a design development working on
the back of an architect’s general layout. Greenmount
were tasked with developing the clients original design
along with a self-appointed structural engineer to
make the most of this 1800’s old school. Key to the
client’s brief was to keep, repair and enhance the
original features and blend it in to a modern office
space. The building is located in a heritage area and
the building was to be treated with sympathy, retaining
as much original detailing as possible including stained
glass repairs.
One of the main challenges and success factors has
been the integration of old and new and
sympathetically blending the two. Keeping exposed
roof purlins, ornate timber arched detailing and
exposed brickwork and stone windows.

OFFICE/ DESIGN, FURNITURE AND FIT-OUT
For this project we have created a boardroom, 3
meeting rooms, kitchen, open office, communications
toom waiting area, print zone and IT room.
We created a bright and vibrant design using a
combination of the brand colours and calming neutrals.
The design consisted of the use of an abundance of
feature lighting including a 10 mete recessed LED strip
, modern looking pendant lights and globe wall lights.
We have sourced soft furnishings and fabrics, creating
a home away from home, encouraging staff to get back
to the office and enjoy the new space. We have created
this feel by using comfortable fabrics, kitchen, chairs,
artwork, dressing and foliage.
The project included wayfinding columns making a
large space easy to navigate, branded signage and
acoustic qualities were considered in each area.

4 THE PARKS / DESIGN, FURNITURE & FIT-OUT
Due to company growth, Greenmount had decided to
move to a larger office space, one that can function as
both a show-room and a social space for all our staff,
partners and suppliers. Designed by our in-house
design team, and made in our joiners shop, our new
offices now feature many large bespoke items,
including our exclusive bar, The Four’s!
Our new space has many different workspace options,
includ-ing acoustic pods, meeting rooms and soft
seated areas. We have also catered to all of our staff
here at Greenmount, includ-ing site staff, with a large
training area which features tiered seating and a
movable TV.
