The dish with one spoon treaty is the agreement between the Anishinaabe,
Mississaugas and Haudenosaunee that bring them together to share the territory
and protect the land. The responsibility that come with the dish with one spoon
treaty is that we have to share the responsibility of ensuring the Dish is never
empty, which means taking care of the land and the creatures we share it with.
Erie, Neutral, Hurons-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas of the credit
