Silodan kamyona yapılan yüklemede oluşan tozu indirgeme amacıyla

kurulmakta ve kullanılmaktadır pulverize sisteminin kuruldu gözler

genellikle 0-8 m toz yükleme alanıdır sistem yükleme kapağı açıldığını

ultura sonik sensörler aracılığıyla algılar ve pulverizasyonu aktif hale

getirir toz zerreciklerinden daha küçük ve hafif olan su mikronları

APPLICATION AREA OF SILO LOADING POINT

It is established and used to reduce the dust occurred during the

loading made from silo to the truck. The zones, which pulverize system

is established, are generally 0-8 m dust area. It detects through ultrasonic

sensors whether system loading door is opened or not, and it activates

the pulverizing. Water microns, which are smaller and lighter than dust

particles, act quicker than dust. Thus, they move dust (without moving

away) down by catching in the air. This process is named as Dust Reduction.
