According to ESPN, Boxing legend Canelo Alvarez apologises for Messi-Mexico
shirt rage. Mexican boxer Saul “Canelo” Alvarez has apologised to
Lionel Messi after Alvarez called out the Argentina captain for nudging away
a Mexico shirt on the dressing room floor following Argentina’s 2-0 World
Cup win over their CONCACAF rivals on Saturday.
LBTQ Flag Protest
According to NBC News, a protester ran onto
the field Monday carrying a rainbow flag and
wearing a blue Superman T-shirt that said “SAVE
UKRAINE” on the front and “RESPECT FOR
IRANIAN WOMAN” on the back during a World
Cup match between Portugal and Uruguay.
Security officials chased the protester down and
the flag was dropped on the field before the person
was escorted away.

best player award after leading Argentina to
win the world cup.

Even though it wasn´t his best world
cup, Cristiano still stays in the top
players rankings. His skills are really
difficult to complete against with.
CODY GAKPO
Cody Gakpo was more than brilliant.
A goal with his head, one with his left
foot and one with his right – proving
himself to be one of the outstanding
rising stars of European football.

After 36 years of Argentina winning the world cup in 1986, they took
home the gold heavy prize and made their country proud. Argentina
has won three world cups and has been runner up three times as well.

Thousands of proud Argentinos
filled the streets of Buenos Aires
where they celebrated their countries
victory in the tournament. It was said
that argentinos were even more fulfilled
since it was Messi´s last world
cup, he at least won it and took it to
his amazing country where millions
would cherish it. Argentina civilans
did not sleep for weeks because of the
non-stop celebration the fans brought
to the streets and places.
